Manage assigned Group Hospitality services, including:HousekeepingWaste ManagementPest ControlLandscapingLinen & LaundryPortering Services
Monitor vendor performance to ensure contractual KPIs and service standards are met.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and workplace safety regulations.
Drive service quality improvements and enhance operational effectiveness.
Work closely with stakeholders and service providers to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
Oversee contract governance, performance reporting, and documentation.
Support budgeting, procurement, and financial management.
Lead or participate in projects to improve operational resilience and service excellence.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
