Contract Micro Assembly Role (3 Months)

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Contract: 3 months (renewable or convertible)

Salary: Up to $3,000/month +

$200/month night shift allowance

Working Hours

  • 5-day work week
  • Rotating night shifts:3:00 PM – 12:00 AM 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform die attach and wirebonding for prototype and production builds.
  • Operate and maintain microelectronics assembly equipment.
  • Assemble and handle RF ICs, substrates, capacitors, inductors, and other microelectronic components following ESD procedures.
  • Conduct microscope inspection to ensure product quality.
  • Support prototype builds, testing, rework, and repair activities.
  • Record production data and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
