Salary Package: Basic UP to $2,500 + Monthly Commission +AWS (13 months) + Variable Bonus

Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (included weekends and public holidays) + 8 off day per month
Contract to perm

Perform professional facial and body treatments, including manual massage techniques, in accordance with company standards.
Conduct customer consultations and recommend suitable treatments and skincare solutions based on individual needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering personalised service and encouraging customer retention.
Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas are clean, organised, and maintained to hygiene and safety standards.
Support daily spa operations, appointment scheduling, product recommendations, and other duties as assigned.

ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or other recognised beauty therapy certification will be an advantage.
Candidates without professional certification are welcome to apply. Training and certification sponsorship may be provided, subject to company terms.
Experience in facial and body treatments, massage therapy, or the beauty and wellness industry is preferred.
Comfortable performing manual facial and body massage treatments.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
Willing to learn, develop new treatment techniques, and work as part of a team.
