Job Scope
- Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge care.
- Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Comply with infection control, patient safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other nursing duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Possess healthcare phlebotomy / nursing certificate.
- Prior experience for at least 6months or more.
