Job Scope

  • Contract/ recontracting direct billing agreements
  • Coordinating and executing partnership events (e.g: hospital tour with agents/ management, insurance partner hosted events)
  • Pre-authorization processing in partnership with clinical ops
  • Resolving escalation of patient feedback/ issues, in partnership with clinics
  • Updating and driving empanelment of clinicians by partners
  • Partnering with clinical departments to drive awareness on 7 ICAs offering (e.g: pitch deck, public engagement events)
  • Analyzing and reporting performance of partners (e.g: attribution of partners to SOC FV/ EL/ DS performance)

Requirement

  • Degree in Business or Healthcare Services
  • 2-3 years experience in business development will be advantageous
