Job Summary

The Assistant Retail Manager supports the Director by managing daily store operations, leading Store Supervisors, and ensuring sales targets, SOP compliance, customer service excellence, and budget adherence across multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Store Supervisors to execute daily retail operations efficiently and effectively
• Perform kitchen and service operation duties to maintain high-quality customer experiences
• Monitor and drive achievement of sales targets for each store through active management and staff engagement
• Enforce consistent adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure operational excellence
• Manage store budgets by controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation
• Cultivate a workplace culture emphasizing discipline, accountability, and integrity among all employees
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service aligned with company standards
