Kelly OrientalGroup is a growing premium wellness and aesthetic brand in Singapore. We arelooking for a friendly, energetic and creative individual to support our frontdesk, customer service and social media marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & CustomerService

• Welcome customers and represent the company professionally at the front desk
• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and social media
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations and reminders
• Maintain customer records and support daily front desk administration
• Learn about aesthetic treatments, customer needs and industry trends
• Assist with packing online orders and coordinating basic logistics matters
• Support other operational and administrative duties as required

Marketing & Social Media

• Support the Marketing Team with social media content, filming and promotional activities
• Assist with account positioning, personal branding and maintaining a consistent content style
• Support the filming and management of multiple Xiaohongshu accounts
• Create content for Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
• Assist with copywriting, video filming, editing and Canva designs
• Support content promotion, paid advertising and customer conversion activities
• Coordinate KOL collaborations, promotions and marketing campaigns
• Monitor platform updates, competitors and social media trends

Language Requirements

As this role is based at the front desk and involvesserving customers from different countries, strong communication skills areessential.

• Strong spoken and written Chinese is required for Chinese-language content and customer communication
• Fluent spoken English is required to serve international customers professionally
• Candidates must communicate clearly, confidently and professionally in both English and Mandarin
• English and Mandarin communication skills will be assessed during the interview through conversation and customer-service role-play

Requirements

• Friendly, customer-focused and willing to learn
• Passionate about the aesthetic beauty and wellness industry
• Creative with a good sense of content, design and social media trends
• Comfortable with filming and creating short-form videos
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu or other social media platforms is an advantage
• Customer service, beauty, wellness or social media experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with the Singapore or Malaysia customer service environment is preferred
• Available to start immediately or within a short notice period is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From S$2,000 per month

Work Location: Eastern Singapore, near the Circle Line
