We are partnering with a well-established real estate investment platform with an active investment mandate across Asia-Pacific. As part of its continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint a Vice President, Investments to support the sourcing, execution and management of real estate investments across multiple sectors.

This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced investment team on complex transactions while playing a key role in shaping portfolio strategy and value creation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate investment opportunities across commercial, logistics, industrial, residential and alternative real estate sectors.
  • Lead financial modelling, valuation, underwriting and investment analysis.
  • Coordinate due diligence with legal, tax, technical and external advisors.
  • Prepare investment committee materials and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead transaction execution, including negotiations, documentation and closing.
  • Work closely with asset management teams to develop and execute business plans post-acquisition.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, owners, brokers, banks and industry participants to enhance deal flow.
  • Mentor junior investment professionals where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 8–12 years of relevant experience in real estate investments, acquisitions, private equity real estate, investment banking or corporate finance.
  • Proven track record in executing real estate transactions.
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
  • Commercially driven with sound investment judgement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience across Asia-Pacific markets would be advantageous.
