Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM

Salary: $3,200 – $3,600

Oversee daily quality assurance activities within the production facility
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards including ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulatory requirements
Conduct routine inspections, audits, and quality checks across production processes
Monitor and maintain documentation related to food safety systems and quality records
Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints, and implement corrective/preventive actions
Support internal and external audits, certification processes, and regulatory inspections
Review SOPs and quality procedures to ensure continuous compliance and process improvement
Work closely with production and operations teams to uphold food safety standards

Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, or related field
Relevant experience in food manufacturing quality assurance is essential
Strong working knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and food safety management systems
Experience handling audits, CAPA, documentation control, and compliance reporting
