Statistician Engineer | Pharma MNC | New Plant Start-Up

Responsibilities

• Comply with GMP/EHS requirements to ensure that they are well implemented.
• Responsible for departmental document review, registration and archiving, to ensure the timely, accurate and complete records.
• Responsible for the collection and statistics of project information, budget and final accounts, project payment and other project matters.
• Responsible for collecting various data of the department and completing relevant statistical reports as required.
• Cooperate with other departments to complete related expense withholding and related audit work.
• Responsible for statistics and summary of team maintenance work orders, register equipment maintenance logs.
• Assist department engineers, supervisors and principals in project tracking.
• Complete the assigned tasks and delegated duties related to their own duties

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong coordination and organization skills.
• Detail-oriented and strong execution ability
• Good teamwork spirit with proactive initiative
• Has the ability to read and write and communicate fluently in English/Chinese, to liaise with China counterparts
• Candidates with no prior experience will be considered
