We are looking for an educational leader who is kind, caring and has great expertise in wellbeing for all learners.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Principal to lead daily school operations and educational excellence.
• Champion child wellbeing and inclusive education practices.
• Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations and maintain high quality standards.
• Support children of diverse learning profiles within an inclusive educational environment.
• Lead the implementation of the HEI Way, ensuring our Finnish educational philosophy is reflected in every classroom.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

ECDA L2 Leadership Certification (Mandatory)

Experience working within an international school environment

Demonstrated experience supporting children with diverse abilities and inclusive education practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin ( mandatory), with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with families, staff and stakeholders

A growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and is dependable.
