Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, email, network connectivity, and general IT issues
Respond to user support requests and resolve technical issues promptly
Troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops
Set up desktops, laptops, servers, and standard business applications (training provided)
Install, configure, and support Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, antivirus, and other business applications
Support printers, meeting room equipment, display systems, and other workplace technology
Maintain IT asset records and track IT equipment
Prepare IT equipment, user accounts, and access for employee onboarding and offboarding
Pack, unpack, relocate, and install computers and servers
Set up IT equipment for training sessions, meetings, audits, presentations, and visitors
Provide technical support during training sessions
Undertake any ad hoc duties as assigned

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support or IT infrastructure support
