Patient Service Associate - All Locations

Primary Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments / reminder calls
• Maintain patient records as per PDPA Act
• Process billing in Clinic Management System & Insurance portals
• Process payments and daily cash deposits
• Indentify patients insurance coverage
• Customer service / support triage for patients
• Main clinic inventory / checking of stocks
• Dispensing of medication / with second checker
• Assist Doctors & Nurses

Secondary Responsibilities

• Perform procedures in treatment room eg Tonometry, Spirometry, Audiometry, ECG, Dresssing
• Maintain proper infection control standards
• Perform venepunture (with valid certification)

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels, Polytechnic Diploma
• Minimum 1 year experience in Healthcare setting
• Able to commit to night clinics (westside only) on rostered arrangement
• Available to start immediately or within a month
• Singapore and PRs Only
