Case Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentation materials, product comparisons, and financial illustrations for client meetings.
• Support client onboarding by coordinating medical examinations for insurance applications.
• Liaise with clients and referral partners to collect required documents and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist with lead tracking, client outreach, and scheduling meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide administrative support for insurance applications and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Arrange meetings, prepare supporting materials, and follow up on action items.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications or equivalent work experience in administration, client support, financial services, or a related field.
• At least 3–4 years of experience in client support, coordination, administration, or customer service. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with insurance application processes and terminology is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
