Customer Service Officer

Full-Time | On-Site | Training Provided

LiteMobile is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Customer Service & Operations Executive to support our mobile devices and electronics business.

Working Hours

• 6-day work week

• Weekend work required

• 1 rotating weekday off

• 11:00 AM–9:00 PM, including break

Salary & Benefits

• S$2,300–S$2,800 per month, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and after-sales matters via WhatsApp, phone and e-commerce platforms

• Respond to questions about products, orders, repairs, trade-ins and stock availability

• Follow up on orders and provide timely updates

• Coordinate deliveries, collections, repairs and service arrangements

• Maintain repair logs and liaise with customers and technicians

• Support Shopee, Lazada and other e-commerce enquiries

• Assist with inventory, trade-in and used-device valuation enquiries

• Handle feedback, refunds, disputes and service recovery professionally

• Update customer records, order details and internal spreadsheets accurately

• Help maintain customer satisfaction and platform ratings

Requirements

• Able to work on-site in Singapore and commit to a 6-day week, including weekends

• Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers

• Customer service, retail or e-commerce experience is an advantage

• Mobile phone, electronics, telecom or repair-service experience is preferred

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, Excel/Google Sheets and e-commerce systems

• Able to work independently, multitask and communicate professionally

• Responsible, patient, positive and detail-oriented
