Logistics Operations Executive

Job Summary

You will actively manage daily haulage operations by issuing job orders, coordinating cargo handling, planning timely deliveries, preparing billing documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations and audits.

Responsibilities

• Issue job orders based on customer requests and shipment requirements to ensure accurate processing
• Monitor Portnet and shipment schedules to track export and import activities for timely operations
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage cargo collection, stuffing, and unstuffing efficiently
• Plan and schedule pick-up and delivery to meet customer timelines and operational targets
• Declare permits accurately to comply with regulatory requirements
• Prepare and verify billing documents promptly after job completion to support invoicing
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and audit standards to maintain operational integrity
• Prepare documentation and support for ISO and Singapore Customs audits to meet certification standards
• Adapt to additional tasks as assigned to support team and operational needs
• Work at Tuas location and on alternate Saturdays as required to meet operational demand

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience preferred
