Job Summary
Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes to ensure timely, cost-effective purchasing aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate supplier performance and resolve disputes to maintain strong, long-term partnerships
- Negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms to optimize procurement costs
- Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate inventory and prevent shortages
- Process purchase orders accurately using ERP systems to maintain efficient procurement workflows
- Track delivery progress to ensure timely receipt of goods and services
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and legal contract requirements
- Maintain thorough documentation of procurement activities for audit and reference purposes
