Manager

We are seeking a capable and motivated Manager to oversee the overall operations of our serviced apartment business and ensure high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of serviced apartment properties.
• Oversee guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative functions.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, operational costs, and overall business performance.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Lead, supervise, and train operational staff to achieve service excellence.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company requirements.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and business partners.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, serviced apartment, hotel, or accommodation operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
