Job Summary

Support the Senior Assistant Director in managing clinic operations and programmes, ensuring quality service delivery, clinical support, and effective resource management to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the centre to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Develop and implement outreach plans to engage the community and increase programme participation
  • Lead and participate in quality and clinical improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Develop, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational consistency
  • Manage inventory of medical and non-medical supplies to ensure availability and cost control
  • Conduct needs and gaps analysis to identify service improvement opportunities
  • Provide clinical skills and perform procedures to support patient care
  • Conduct information dissemination and referrals for financial and non-financial assistance schemes
  • Assist physiotherapists by preparing and maintaining treatment equipment and supporting therapy sessions
  • Organize and lead group activities and exercises to support patient rehabilitation
  • Arrange transportation for patients to and from the centre as needed
  • Supervise junior staff to support team performance and development
  • Manage feedback processes including handling complaints, incident reports, and ensuring professional customer service standards
  • Maintain a warm, friendly, safe, clean, and customer-centred environment within the centre
  • Assist in maintenance of centre facilities and equipment to ensure operational readiness
  • Support budget and financial management by handling transactions, payments, and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Reconcile End of Day collections and verify supporting financial documents
  • Manage additional programmes and activities as assigned to meet organisational goals
  • Provide cross-departmental support by covering duties of colleagues when required
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD)
