Customer Experience Specialist

NATRAHEA is hiring 10x Customer Experience Specialists.

To upkeep the brand image and provide the best service to our customers.

Job Description

• Greet guests at the front desk
• Handle registration and billing transactions
• Arrange and organise consultation appointments including scheduling of appointments and calling patients to remind them of appointments
• Receiving of phone calls and replying of emails
• General administrative and housekeeping duties within the branch
• Give customers a good tour around the outlet and explain meticulously our services

Job Specification

• Enjoys meeting and interacting with people from all walks of life
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work retail hours
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• The role requires to service the clients with English and Mandarin
• Preferably a year of related experience required
• Full-time
• Locations: Island-wide available
