Recruitment Consultant

We are an Executive Search firm specializing in mid to senior-level placements across Accounting &Finance, Information Technology, and various Corporate Functions. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Director, the Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes:

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Driving business development activities to identify and secure new business accounts
• Managing job offers and facilitating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for both clients and candidates

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, ora related field
• Experience in managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and client engagement will be highly value
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
