Job Summary

Work closely with team members to promote the company’s services and products, achieve sales targets, and deliver high-quality customer service throughout the sales and after-sales process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets through effective promotion of services and products
• Communicate clearly with customers to provide accurate information about services and products
• Deliver consistent, high standards of customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain service quality by following company standards during customer interactions
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments promptly and accurately

• Experience in aesthetics, beauty, or related industries to understand customer needs and product benefits
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to engage Mandarin-speaking customers
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to build rapport and support team collaboration
