QC Inspector |5 Days |OT + VB

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing module kits to ensure the correct quantity, part numbers and product condition.
• Identify and report any damaged, missing or non-conforming parts.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock counts and reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Prepare and verify delivery orders, packing lists and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange pick-ups and deliveries.
• Work closely with QC, Production and Logistics teams to support urgent delivery requests.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment following 5S practices.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage and tracking of inventory.

Requirements

• IT savvy and comfortable using inventory systems.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
