L1 SOC Analyst (career changer welcomed)

Work Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day & Night)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor SIEM dashboards, security alerts, logs, and event data in real time

• Perform initial triage and analysis of security incidents

• Escalate threats or suspicious activities to L2/L3 SOC analysts as per SOP

• Document incidents, findings, and response actions accurately

• Conduct basic investigation such as log correlation and event validation

• Support incident response activities under guidance

• Track and follow up on open incidents until closure

• Assist in maintaining SOC documentation, SOPs, and incident records

• Participate in shift handover briefings to ensure continuity
