Senior Procurement Specialist (Singapore B2B & Public Tenders)

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Procurement Specialist to lead our procurement and strategic sourcing activities across Singapore and international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes, supplier development, government tender participation, and B2B wholesale sourcing while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, compliance, and timely delivery. This role is ideal for a procurement professional with strong experience in Singapore government procurement, B2B supply chain management, and international sourcing.

Procurement & Sourcing

• Manage the complete procurement lifecycle from sourcing, quotation, negotiation, purchase orders, delivery coordination, and supplier performance evaluation.
• Source products and services from both local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
• Build and maintain a reliable network of qualified suppliers and manufacturers.

Government Tender Management

• Lead the preparation, submission, and management of government tenders through platforms such as:GeBIZTenderBoardSESAMi
• Analyse tender specifications and coordinate with internal teams to prepare compliant and competitive proposals.
• Monitor procurement opportunities from government agencies, statutory boards, educational institutions, healthcare organisations, and other public-sector buyers.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing.
• Proven experience in Singapore B2B wholesale trading and commercial procurement.
• Hands-on experience participating in Singapore government tenders.
• Experience managing both domestic and international procurement processes.
• Strong supplier negotiation and contract management skills.
