Japanese-Speaking Service Staff / Assistant Manager (F&B)

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service to guests (local and Japanese clientele)
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Assist with basic kitchen duties as required
• Support daily restaurant operations and management activities
• Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient service flow
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Guide and support team members when needed and escalate matters appropriately
• Maintain service quality and operational standards
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required to liaise effectively with Japanese-speaking and English-speaking customers
• No experience is required; candidates open to career switching are welcome to apply
• Store management experience in the F&B industry is a strong advantage
• Strong interest in sushi and Japanese cuisine
• Relevant working experience in F&B is an added advantage
