Business Intelligence Director

Aranda Telecoms (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Intelligence Director to lead the development and application of business intelligence, customer intelligence and commercial analytics to support business growth and strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will work across the Company's telecommunications and digital communications businesses, translating business data, customer insights and market intelligence into actionable commercial strategies and executive-level recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business intelligence and commercial performance analysis.
• Develop customer intelligence, segmentation and customer insight initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and business opportunities.
• Develop executive dashboards, management reports and performance insights.
• Translate business data into actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Support AI-enabled business insights and digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyse product, service, customer and commercial performance.
• Support digital growth, customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, operations and technology teams.
• Support strategic partnerships and new business development initiatives.
• Establish appropriate KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.
• Lead business intelligence initiatives that improve commercial effectiveness and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in telecommunications, ICT, digital communications, technology or related industries.
• Strong commercial, strategic and analytical thinking.
• Experience in business intelligence, customer intelligence, market intelligence or commercial analytics.
• Ability to translate data and business information into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and emerging AI-enabled business applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or equivalent will be advantageous.
