We’re looking for an experienced Events Manager to help shape, plan, and execute high-impact experiences globally – from public activations and thought leadership forums to internal engagements and partner showcases for a global company that helps to integrate technology into our everyday lives through unforgettable moments that are human, shareable, and resonate with our audiences.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning strategy into execution, owns the details, and brings creative flair to every touchpoint. You’ll manage key events end-to-end or contribute to larger-scale projects in partnership with internal teams, agencies, and vendors. You’re resourceful, organised, and deeply passionate about experience-led marketing.
About the Role
- Lead, plan, execute and manage the planning and execution of high-profile events and experiences, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand standards.
- Own the full event lifecycle: from brief and budgeting, to vendor management, logistics, creative development, production, and post-event wrap-up.
- Collaborate across B2B, B2C, and Brand teams to ensure programs deliver strategic impact and measurable results.
- Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and production partners to deliver seamless execution.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, run-of-show documentation, and action plans across multiple events concurrently.
- Support large-scale initiatives by driving key workstreams such as content development, AV production, audience management, and technical logistics.
Requirements
About You
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in event management at an in-house team or agency.
- Proven track record in planning and executing diverse event formats (campaigns, activations, internal summits, client programs, etc.).
- Experienced in managing senior stakeholders and C-suite executives, with the ability to navigate high-pressure environments and deliver polished, executive-level experiences.
- Exceptional project management skills – detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple timelines and priorities.
- Confident stakeholder manager and team collaborator with strong communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and creative partners.
- Regional or international event experience is ideal, and a willingness to travel across Southeast Asia is required.
- Business-level English skills, including written and verbal communication.
