Job Description:

The Head, Nursing Administration provides leadership and management oversight to the nursing department in care provision matters.
He/ She provides support and assistance to the CEO/ Administrator in maintaining the standards of nursing practice; ensure that safe, high quality, efficient and cost-effective clinical care is delivered to clients.
To provide clinical advisory and holistic resident roadmap for patients
Translating strategic vision to business unit-level that aligns with organisational priorities.

Min Degree in Nursing or similar w relevant experience in geriatric or palliative settings
