Job Summary
Drive business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities in cleaning services. Generate leads, present service packages, prepare quotations, and maintain client relationships to achieve monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand client base
- Generate leads through canvassing, cold calling, networking, and online outreach to increase sales pipeline
- Present and promote cleaning service packages to potential clients to secure new contracts
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on proposals to close sales effectively
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets by managing sales activities and pipeline efficiently
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform service improvements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in cleaning, facilities, or service industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills demonstrated in client interactions and deal closures
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for daily administrative tasks
