Job Overview

You will be responsible for supporting the product and business implementation of Longbridge targeting retail investors in Singapore. Acting as the bridge between local business, users, Product, R&D, Design, Operations, Customer Service and Compliance teams, you will sort out requirements, analyze pain points and drive project delivery covering core scenarios including market quotes, news feed, community, trading, account management and operation tools. You will also continuously help the team optimize user experience for Singapore-based clients.

This role requires strong structured analysis, cross-team communication and project execution capabilities. You are expected to translate user feedback, business demands and operational issues into clear, actionable requirement documents and implementation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirement analysis and drive implementation for Singapore market-focused product and business projects, covering modules such as market quotes, news & community, trading, accounts, fund management, operation tools and customer service systems.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, QA, Data, Operations, Customer Service and Compliance teams to organize business requirements, user feedback and internal workflows, and translate them into standardized deliverables including requirement documents, process diagrams, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Track project timelines, requirement reviews, development progress, UAT and production rollout; coordinate cross-functional resources, identify bottlenecks and push for issue resolution.
  • Collect and organize local Singapore user feedback, customer service tickets, operational demands and competitor intelligence, to support the team in identifying product defects and optimization opportunities.
  • Participate in design reviews, requirement reviews and pre-launch acceptance checks, and provide recommendations based on Singapore user habits, local business workflows and operational practicability.
  • Partner with Marketing, User Growth and Customer Service teams to compile product feature introductions, selling points, user communication materials, FAQs and internal training documents.
  • Continuously refine internal collaboration workflows to improve the team’s efficiency in requirement management, cross-team communication, issue tracking and product delivery.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Operations Specialist, Product Associate or other relevant roles; Fintech, internet platform, SaaS or enterprise service project experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong capability in sorting out requirements and structured writing, able to deliver clear business workflows, requirement specifications, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, meeting minutes and project tracking documents.
  • Excellent project driving and cross-team coordination skills; able to proactively follow up tasks, identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and maintain transparent information & steady delivery pace across multiple teams.
  • Basic understanding of Singapore user habits, internet products or financial services, capable of spotting pain points and proposing improvements from local user and business execution perspectives.
  • Basic data literacy; able to leverage data metrics, user feedback, service tickets and business phenomena to analyze root causes of issues.
  • Clear communicator with meticulous and accountable work attitude; able to accurately transmit information across Business, Product, Design, R&D, Operations, Customer Service and Compliance teams to minimize misalignment.
  • Comfortable working in a bilingual Chinese-English environment, proficient in daily oral communication, document writing and meetings in English.
  • Interest in securities, investment and financial products; prior experience in brokerages, trading platforms, wealth management, payment systems, compliance, customer service systems or operation backends is a plus but not mandatory.
