Job Summary

As a Wellness Retail Promoter at Spa Foods, you will engage customers by explaining product benefits, conducting tastings, achieving sales targets, and supporting store promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers warmly to create a welcoming shopping environment
• Explain the benefits of botanical teas and gourmet products to inform customer choices
• Conduct product tastings and sampling to encourage customer trial and purchase
• Achieve sales targets by upselling and introducing current promotions effectively
• Replenish stock and maintain neat, organized shelves to ensure product availability
• Support store events and promotions to boost customer engagement and sales
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service consistently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in retail, food & beverage, customer service, or promotions is advantageous
