Quality Control Leads (New start up Manufacturing / Electronics)

• Focuses onleading inspection operations, enforcing process standards, and managing quality inspectors to prevent defects from reaching customers.
• Manage and evaluate day-to-day inspection activities of QC inspectors, ensuring all company policies and training are actively followed.
• Defect Prevention & Analysis: Prevent failures from reaching the customer.
• Conduct failure analyses, perform root cause investigations, and enforce corrective action follow-ups on inspection findings.
• Process Improvement: Suggest and implement optimization ideas to benefit the business and manufacturing process.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide timely feedback to the engineering team to improve quality documentation. Work closely with internal manufacturing teams to ensure products meet exact customer and government specifications
