Process Assistant Engineers/Technicians (Rack Integration/Server/Storage/ Equipment Validation)

Support manufacturing operations. This role acts as a first-line technical problem solver to ensure Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS) targets are achieved.

• Support process validation, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Assist engineers in validating new equipment and manufacturing processes
• Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor
• Participating in cross-functional activities to improve operational performance
• Assist in evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with local regulations
• Support the development of technical capabilities across departments
• Fabricate and maintain basic jigs and fixtures to improve product quality and delivery
• Maintain accurate records and compile reports as required
• Collaborate with the broader engineering team to support operational goals
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Diploma or above in Engineering or a related field
• Experience working in a production or factory environment
• Basic project coordination experience
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
• Understanding of ESD best practices
• Ability to use basic hand tools and workshop equipment
