Warehouse Supervisor | Inventory/ Electronics Manufacturing | Tampines

Location : Tampines

Salary : $4200 depending on experience

Our client is a global technology company that designs and delivers customized server , storage , networking , and AI infrastructure solutions for hyperscale data centers and cloud service providers

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, and shipping activities.
  • Leads warehouse personnel, ensures inventory accuracy, maintains safety and quality standards, and supports manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Ensure materials are accurately received, stored, and issued according to established procedures.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Prepare work schedules and allocate manpower to meet business requirements.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and stock audits.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of warehouse operations experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Experience in manufacturing, electronics, EMS, or high-volume production environments
  • Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
