1. Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Digital Content: Assist in designing and writing copy for social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) that make complex medical devices easy for consumers to understand.

• Asset Development: Help create localized marketing assets, including retail brochures, product flyers, EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) layouts, and website banners using design software.

• Community Engagement: Assist in monitoring social channels, responding to basic inquiries, and engaging with the community to grow brand presence.

2. Campaign & Event Support

• Retail Execution: Help coordinate promotional materials and product assets for partner retail branches (e.g., Guardian, local clinics) and internal BUZUD showrooms.

• Event Logistics: Assist in planning, setting up, and managing local product launches, health fairs, roadshows, and corporate healthcare events.

• Influencer Outreach: Support the team in identifying and coordinating with local micro-influencers and healthcare advocates for product review campaigns.

3. Market Research & Data Tracking

• Competitor Audits: Monitor competitor marketing tactics, local health-tech trends, and consumer feedback to identify new campaign opportunities.

• Analytics Reporting: Assist in compiling weekly and monthly metrics for digital ads (Meta, Google) and organic social media reach to track ROI.

• Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business Development, or a related discipline.

• Commitment: Available for a full-time internship of at least 3 to 6 months.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with graphic design tools (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing software (e.g., CapCut) is a significant advantage.

• Soft Skills: Excellent copywriting abilities in English, a high degree of creativity, strong multi-tasking skills, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

• Mindset: A proactive learner who is passionate about wellness, consumer tech, or healthcare innovations.
