About the Role

Join an established IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions provider supporting enterprise and government projects. This role is ideal for an experienced Network or Systems Engineer who enjoys hands-on technical work and is keen to broaden their exposure to presales activities.

You'll be involved in both the technical evaluation and deployment of networking, server, and cybersecurity solutions, working closely with customers, vendors, and the internal sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical presales support by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Deploy, configure, and support networking, server, and security solutions at customer sites.
  • Assist with technical proposals, tender submissions, compliance documentation, and Proof of Concept (POC) testing.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with vendors to resolve system-related problems.
  • Evaluate and test new technologies and products to support the company's solution offerings.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in network, systems, or infrastructure engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, RADIUS, or AAA.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, or UNIX operating systems.
  • Good knowledge of networking fundamentals such as switching and routing (CCNA is an advantage).
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), databases, Hardware Security Modules (HSM), or Key Management Systems (KMS)will be an advantage.
