9.00am – 6.00pm or 11.00am – 8.00pm (No Overnight Shifts)

Any 5 days per week (Rostered)

Salary: $2,200 - $3,200/month

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in collecting payments from patients upon discharge.

- Conduct financial counselling for patients regarding inpatient stay and hospital charges.

- Perform patient discharge procedures accurately and efficiently.

- Arrange follow-up appointments for discharged inpatient cases.

- Provide frontline customer service and administrative support to patients and caregivers.

- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

- Minimum N-Level qualification.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
