Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technical Programme Manager (TPM) to lead the development and delivery of next-generation electrical system products for data centre projects. The role

combines technical expertise with programme management to oversee the full lifecycle of design,

implementation, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of next-generation electrical systems and infrastructure.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new technologies into product development.

• Produce system-level concepts, schematic designs, and detailed electrical documentation.

• Lead cross-functional stakeholders (design, construction, facilities, and EHS) on programme-level

deliverables and commissioning activities.

• Manage external vendors providing design and construction services across the product lifecycle.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including statements of work, engineering reports,

design documents, cost analyses, budgets, schedules, and commissioning plans.

• Coordinate and consolidate design documentation across all disciplines for large-scale data centre

builds.

• Review design drawings and Autodesk Revit models, ensuring accuracy, milestone compliance,

and resolution of critical coordination issues.

• Develop proprietary electrical design standards and data centre products.

• Implement automation tools and workflows to streamline production and reduce design cycle

times.

• Identify and escalate technical and programme issues, develop solutions, and drive approved

actions to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience in programme management within electrical systems, infrastructure, or large-

scale construction (data centre experience strongly preferred).

• Strong understanding of electrical system design, commissioning, and operations.

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and design review processes.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and complex cross-functional programmes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience developing proprietary standards or working within fast-paced product development

environments is advantageous.
