Service Engineer (Valve/ North)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and technical support for equipment and systems.
• Carry out field service activities, including diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently through preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Provide technical support to customers and respond promptly to service requests.
• Prepare service reports and support other engineering duties as assigned.

• Min Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or its equivalent.
• Experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or technical support is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant technical certifications are an advantage and willing to travel for service assignments.
