Service Coordinator (West)

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information on products and services.
• Generate sales opportunities by following up on customer enquiries and service requests.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Plan and coordinate manpower allocation to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
• Liaise closely with Service Engineers and manage purchasing-related matters to support service operations.

• Min Diploma in Business, Engineering, or its equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, service coordination, or a related role.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Customer-oriented, well-organized, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
