  • Position : Sales Coordinator (Electronic Components)
  • Location : Upper Aljunied Link (Nearest MRT: Taiseng)
  • Working hours : Monday - Friday | 8.45am to 5.45pm
  • Salary (Commensurate with experience): Basic salary of $3,000–$3,500 per month, commensurate with experience + AWS + up to 14 days’ annual leave + medical benefits
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Electronic Components Distributor

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate deliveries and shipment schedules with suppliers and customers
  • Process Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Handle goods receiving (GR) and update system records accurately
  • Prepare basic shipping and delivery documents (packing list, delivery note)
  • Do simple stock checks and update PO/delivery status reports
  • Support monthly stock/delivery review with customers

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant industry experience
  • Experience with electronic components will have advantage
