Job Summary

Join our biomedical team as a Business Executive supporting operations, customer engagement, quality control, and strategic initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily business operations to maintain smooth and efficient workflows
• Coordinate quality-related activities and documentation with internal teams, manufacturers, and partners to ensure product standards
• Track and follow up on action items to facilitate cross-functional communication and maintain accurate project and quality records
• Prepare business documents including quotations, tenders, purchase orders, and sales reports to support sales and procurement processes
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Technical Support teams to ensure timely execution of projects
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and new business opportunities
• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, exhibitions, and business events to enhance brand presence
• Monitor sales performance and compile periodic business reports and presentations for management review
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements to uphold operational standards
• Execute special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisors and management
