Proven hands-on experience with Fircosoft/LNRS, including configuration of WUM/SOC.
Experience configuring watchlist file setup, field mappings, validation rules, approval workflows and output generation.
Strong knowledge of sanctions list management, including list ingestion, consolidation, governance, SOC file generation and deployment handoff.
Experience translating WUM/SOC outputs into downstream integration requirements using shared folders, MFT/RIH, APIs, SFTP, bespoke components or RPA solutions.
Strong understanding of data and file configuration, including file structures, field mappings, identifiers, encoding standards, mandatory fields, validation rules and list ownership logic.
Ability to work closely with Compliance, IT, LNRS, integration teams and country system owners to gather requirements, resolve fit-gap issues and support solution design.
Experience supporting implementation activities, including SIT, UAT, defect analysis, exception handling, test scenario development and operational handover.
Experience in APAC banking environments and multi-country implementation projects is an advantage.
