At SingVet, we are passionate about providing exceptional care to our patients and creating a positive experience for their owners. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team and support operations across both of our branches!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets warmly, manage appointments, and answer inquiries
• Fill and dispense medications and prescriptions
• Handle billing, maintain patient records, and ensure a clean, organized reception area
• Manage referral appointments and gather clinical records from other clinics
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations
• Approach challenging clients with patience and professionalism
• Work at both SingVet branches as needed, with a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (veterinary or medical setting preferred)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Experience with medication dispensing is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being
