Logistics Executive (Singapore)

We are seeking a motivated and organized Logistics Executive to play a key role in the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure our products get from point A to point B efficiently and cost-effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics process for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation (bills of lading, invoices, etc.).
• Negotiate and secure freight rates with carriers.
• Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistics issues that may arise.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and carriers.
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices (e.g., warehousing, transportation, inventory management).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
• Excellent communication in both English and Chinese.
