Property Leasing Executive (Residential & Commercial)

Salary: SGD $3,500 – $4,000 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Location: Central, Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients' residential and commercial property requirements and recommend suitable leasing options.
• Arrange and coordinate property viewings with clients, landlords, and relevant parties.
• Provide professional advice on the Singapore leasing market and guide clients throughout the leasing process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Assist with rental negotiations and coordinate lease terms between all parties.
• Prepare tenancy agreements, renewal agreements, termination notices, statements of accounts, and other leasing documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records, property listings, and leasing databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of leasing transactions.
• Provide prompt follow-up and after-sales support to clients.
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with CEA regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Possess a valid CEA Salesperson Licence.
• At least 2 years of experience in residential leasing in Singapore.
• Experience in commercial leasing will be an advantage.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
