FX Dealer (Banking)

Our client, an well-established bank is looking for FX dealer to join their growing team

Job Description

  • Execute foreign exchange (FX) spot, forward, swap, and money market transactions for the Bank and its clients.
  • Monitor FX markets, interest rate movements, and economic developments to identify trading opportunities and manage market risk.
  • Provide competitive FX pricing and market commentary to Relationship Managers, Corporate Banking, and Treasury Sales teams.
  • Manage the Bank's FX positions and ensure trading activities are conducted within approved risk limits.
  • Maintain effective relationships with counterparties and financial institutions to support liquidity and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and treasury risk management guidelines.
  • Prepare daily market updates, trading reports, and performance analysis for management.
  • Support the development of treasury products and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3–8 years of FX dealing or Treasury experience within a bank or financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of FX products, money markets, and financial markets.
  • Familiarity with treasury trading platforms and risk management systems.
