Assist in the central kitchen with preparation of ingredients
Wash, peel and cutting a variety of ingredient and minimize food wastage
Preparation of food by cooking, frying, steaming, boiling etc
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
Label and store food items properly in accordance with food safety regulations
Assist with inventory control and restocking of supplies
Dispose of waste and follow recycling procedures
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Able to work within tight deadlines
Prior experience kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required (training will be provided)
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Good time management and organizational skills
Physically fit and able to stand for extended hours
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
6 days’ work week (Monday to Saturday, 0730hrs to 1730hrs)
