Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Frequent travel to Thailand & Malaysia (approximately every 2 weeks)

Lead operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand manufacturing sites
Drive operational excellence, productivity, and KPI performance
Manage end-to-end factory transfer and relocation projects, including site setup in Thailand
Oversee production, supply chain, quality, logistics, and budget management
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Develop and mentor operations leadership teams across the region
Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance

Minimum 12 years of operations management experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role
Strong background in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Precision Engineering manufacturing
Hands-on experience in CNC machining for complex components
Proven experience managing factory transfers, multi-site operations, and P&L
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and operational excellence
Open to frequent regional travel
